& Melissa.
Shannon and Melissa share a life together—and a commitment to making movement part of it. Their own posts show the ordinary work of showing up: gym bags, a shared routine and encouragement to keep going. That human side belongs at the heart of The Royal Formula, alongside a practical plan for food, movement and progress.
“Big thanks to Shannon and Melissa for their fantastic support!”
